Extended 60 Day Returns For Christmas

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items, so we will gladly provide an online store credit or refund your item(s) if you change your mind.

So that we can accept your return, please ensure:

  1. Item(s) unworn in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  2. Item(s) unwashed/unaltered and with original tags.
  3. Now you can return using our CONVERSE RETURNS PORTAL (Australian Customers ONLY). Simply fill out the online form in 4 easy steps and return the product back to us for processing. You can also find this form on the back of your invoice or print off your own returns form here.
  4. Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 60 days of your original order date.

When returning boxed goods, please pack inside our resealable satchel.  If the original packaging is damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, we may be unable to accept your return. 

Please note, customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back.

Fast & Easy Extended Returns

In the spirit of Gift Giving, we are extending our returns policy. Any orders placed from the 1st of November, 2023 - 21st of December, 2023 will be eligible for an extended 60 days return.

So that we can accept your return, please ensure:

  2. Item(s) unwashed/unaltered and with original tags.
  3. A filled-out copy of your returns form (You can find this form on the back of your invoice or print off your own returns form here).

Express Shipping

For orders placed by 11am we aim to dispatch all orders the same day. If you place your order after 11am, orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Due to higher than usual order volumes, plus the need to maintain government density limits in our distribution centre, we are currently experiencing 1-2 day delays in the picking and dispatching of your purchase.

We use StarTrack Express Delivery, a premium service which targets next business day delivery for Metro areas (excluding Perth and Darwin).  This is the next business day after the parcel has been collected from our warehouse by StarTrack.
