Conquest Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd and its related entities (“Conquest”, “we”, “our” and “us”) adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”). This privacy policy sets out the way we and our related entities collect and manage personal information and how we handle privacy issues. There are requirements of the APPs which we will adhere to that are not specifically described in our Privacy Policy but are deemed to be incorporated in this Privacy Policy.

If you are a wholesale customer, we may collect and hold various types of personal information about you including your name, date of birth, phone number (landline or mobile), address, email address, occupation, financial information and other information about you which we need in order to conduct our business and / or provide you with our goods and products.

If you are a retail customer and ordering on our website, we need to know information such as your name, email address, billing address, phone number and credit card number. We need this information so we can process and fill your order and contact you if we have any questions. Please note we do not store credit card details.

Now and then, we may conduct surveys, run competitions or other promotions. If you choose to participate in one of our surveys or competitions, we'll probably ask for some personal information such as your shopping habits, email address and other information so that we can run the promotion and notify you if you win.

SSLs lock all information passed from you to us using a 256 bit encryption making it extremely difficult for this information to be deciphered;
