"It's how a punk show should be; raucous, fun, energetic and always with that slight feeling that it could all go wrong at any minute."

When bands are left to choose the locations of these music events, you're bound to get something unqiue and bizarre. That is, Converse Acts of Disruption, a series of live music events touring Australia and New Zealand that disrupt the traditional music experience.

Wild times have been had at the former Rozelle Hospital in Sydney, the demolished Normandy pub in Melbourne and most recently Fortitude Valley's iconic Valhalla Muay Thai Stables in Brisbane. Now Converse Acts of Disruption is on its way to Auckland featuring New Zealand's own three-piece DIE! DIE! DIE! and No Aloha with the location yet to be revealed.

Releasing into stores this Saturday April 14th is our newest collaboration with Italian fashion house, Missoni. Into its fifth collection now, the new season offers two women's only silhouettes featuring Missoni's signature zig-zag raschel knit and a unisex style using their famous multi-stitch space-dyed cotton.

The signature zig-zag raschel knit is given a subtle metallic sparkle, with uppers featuring in both green and cream colour ways. Leather rands and Chuck Taylor All Star patch detailing, result in an ultra-luxurious, hand-crafted look and feel.

Alongside these, is a unisex offering which features Missoni's exclusive multi-stitch, space-dyed fabric in sharp hues of navy and white. Typical of past Converse and Missoni collaborations, it includes premium leather on the tongue's upper, logos, heel-pull-tabs and toe caps.

As part of Converse First String, the Missoni for Converse Chuck Taylor All Star collection is a limited release. RRP AUD$180.

Last time around, our Three Artist. One Song saw the collaborative efforts of The Gorillaz, Andre 3000 and James Murphy asking you to “DoYaThing”.

This time around, we've given Mark Foster from Foster the People, rising star Kimbra and trend-setting DJ, A-Trak the chance to get together and do theirs.

The result is “Warrior”, four genre-bending minutes of pop perfection weaving each artist’s individual style into piles of collective awesomeness.

Recorded at Converse Rubber Tracks in Brooklyn, NY and remotely on tour, "Warrior" is available for free download on Thursday, April 5th.
